Gelcoat repair is a specialty that not many refinishers are willing to work with. Dave has developed the expertise over the years to get the best color matches possible with gelcoat patches. He matches the existing surface of your boat as close as possible.
What makes this so difficult is the aging process of the coating. When a patch is applied, because it is new material against old, it will age at a different rate than the gelcoat. However, the patch will not be noticable to most people and will look better than the big hole or scrape your boat had originally!
